About Seeker

Seeker is a search engine and data aggregator for Guernsey. We index information that is freely available on the internet and then provide links to it. Much like a search engine except we provide a refinement layer over the top to help you make the search more focused.

Seeker started with a focus on Guernsey property and estate agents. Guernsey has an astonishing number of estate agents so if you're looking for a property, it's a laborious and time-consuming job to check each one for updates.

Seeker now does all the hard work, allowing you to focus on the important bit - finding your dream property and the perfect estate agent to work with.

Create an account with us and then save that search and we'll notify you as new things arrive! No more saving your searches in 10 different places; once on Seeker is all you need.

Our technology indexes content that is freely available on the internet and presents you with the key facts and links to the source. It has data from every major estate agent, vehicle dealer (cars, vans, bikes and boats!) and currently 50 (and counting!) recruitment agents or businesses advertising jobs in Guernsey.

Seeker is built in Guernsey for Guernsey, to be a service that is hopefully just really useful. We've got a few cheeky extra features in there including the wonderful Guernsey Weather Fox providing us with regular (and astonishingly accurate) weather reports, as well as Guernsey tide info (and we've even calculated the sill clearance times for all Guernsey's marinas too!)

And what's more - it's all free. There is no cost to you nor any of the businesses or agencies that are featured here, unlike similar sites. We do all the work necessary for a business to appear on the site. We send these businesses well-qualified leads (i.e., you, the user) purely on the basis that it makes everyone's lives better.

Established in 2017, Seeker is a constant work in progress. The site functionality is always evolving and we've had (near) weekly releases and updates ever since. We're really pleased with it and excited about its potential - and we hope you are too.
